The short version
FrameGrab does not collect your browsing history, show ads or sell data. Screenshots, GIFs and thumbnails you take stay on your computer.
What stays on your computer
Captures, the gallery and your settings are stored in your browser's local storage for the extension. They are never uploaded. Uninstalling FrameGrab deletes them.
What our server stores
Only if you sign in: your Google account's email, name and profile picture, and your plan (Free or Pro). We use it to unlock Pro on your computers. We never see your Google password.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email, plan and payment status, never your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
Websites the extension uses
FrameGrab runs on youtube.com to add its buttons, and loads thumbnails from i.ytimg.com. It only reads the page to find the video you're watching.
Deleting your data
Email paawanpreet9@gmail.com and we will delete your account record within 30 days. Records Stripe must keep for tax reasons stay with Stripe.
